Tandi joined our practice in 2012. After she obtained her Medical Degree in South Africa, she immigrated to the United Kingdom where she worked for 8 years. She gained valuable experience in working with Cancer Patients, Pain Management and Palliative Care at an Oncology hospital before she embarked on her General Practice training.

After arriving in Australia, she obtained her postgraduate qualification in Women's Health through King Edward Memorial Hospital. She developed a Special interest in Skin Cancer. She completed post graduate qualifications in both Skin Cancer Medicine and Skin Cancer Surgery at the University of Queensland. Furthermore, she is passionate about helping her patients with their Mental Health.

  • Certification in Skin Cancer Medicine, University of Queensland, Australia (2013)

  • Women's Health including:
    • Antenatal Care
    • Family Planning (Insertion of contraceptive implant, coils and the Mirena)
  • Pain Management
  • Skin Cancer, and
  • Mental Health

Tandi works at a Skin Cancer clinic 2 days per week, but offers full skin checks and related surgery here at Brighton Beach Medical Centre (BBMC). She consults at BBMC on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and some Saturdays. Tandi consults in both Afrikaans and English.
